Beginning English for Speakers of Other Languages

 You're invited to join a group of adults who are working on their English-language skills! This beginning-level class focuses on developing student's competency in all basic skill areas: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Vocabulary and grammar will focus on practical language designed to help students effectively navigate everyday situations. Your presenter is a trained volunteer with Literacy New York. If you are new to the group, please plan to stop in the Library on Wednesday, September 12 to register with Christina Darling, Program Director of Literacy New York. The group will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 6-8 pm, starting September 17.
