|Fall & Early Winter Card Project|
Event Type: FAMILY/ALL AGES PROGRAM|
Start Time: All Day
Fall is upon us with nature’s brilliant color palette all around!
Help bring some joy to your neighbors by making greeting cards for the clients of Community Caregivers! The Library will collect the cards, and Community Caregivers will distribute them to their clients. All ages are welcome to participate.
-Create a card no larger than 5"x 7".
-Decorate however you would like. Or, repurpose an old card. And feel free to make more than one!
-Need inspiration? Think - colorful leaves, apples, autumn skies, pumpkins, crisp evenings, bon fires, and coziness.
-Envelopes will be provided by Community Caregivers, and they will address and mail them.
-Please feel free to write an uplifting message inside your card.
-You may sign the card, or leave it unsigned.
-Drop off your card in the Card Project Drop Box in our lobby starting on October 20.
-The project runs October 20 - November 6.
Community Caregivers provides services that enable individuals of all ages to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life within their homes and communities.
